What we stand for:

Human Dignity Alliance wishes to contribute to the development of all aspects of public policy and legislation in Ireland in line with its aspiration to promote human dignity at all stages of life.

We believe in mutual respect for rights and recognition of duties at and between all levels of society – personal, family, community and State.

We aim to promote our ideals and values by:

1. contributing to public debate through print, broadcast and electronic media and other public fora;

2.fielding candidates in General, European and/or Local Elections;

3.supporting third parties on issues where they share a common position with Human Dignity Alliance;

4.contributing to the development of culture and the formation of ideas in other ways.

We promote evidence-based reasoning in the formation of public opinion. We insist on the responsible use of media and the respectful exchange of ideas.

Central to the values of Human Dignity Alliance is the need to respect the dignity, and promote the welfare, of each human being from conception to natural death.
